Under the terms of this Agreement, our Service Inspectors will make pre-scheduled examinations, as well as perform all required work, including miscellaneous adjustments, greasing and the replacement of parts necessary to keep the elevator equipment in proper operation; except those parts which require replacement because of accident, misuse or negligence by parties other than United Elevator Company. All work will be performed during regular working hours of regular working days. In addition, emergency callback service will be provided during regular working hours between examinations, at no additional cost, should trouble develop with the equipment.

Under the terms of this Agreement, our Service Inspectors will make pre-scheduled examinations, including miscellaneous adjustments, greasing and the replacement of minor parts. All work required in association with this contract, will be performed during regular working hours of regular working days. This also includes limited emergency callback service which will be provided in the event trouble should develop with the equipment, between periodic examinations. This contract does not include any major elevator repairs. Such repairs would be completed on an additional time/material basis.

Under the terms of this contract, our Service Inspector will conduct pre-scheduled examinations, which includes miscellaneous adjustments and the lubrication of parts necessary to keep the elevator equipment in proper operating order. No repair work is included in this agreement, with all repairs conducted on an additional time and material basis.
