COMPANY INFORMATION:

• 1. United Elevator Company has been successfully employed in the business of installing, servicing and maintaining vertical transportation components since 1960, and is now the largest independent elevator contractor in the Delaware Valley, with branch offices maintained in Trenton and Atlantic City, New Jersey, and in Wilmington, Delaware. We are extremely proud that most of our personnel are Delaware Valley natives and all now permanently reside in the Philadelphia metropolitan vicinity. With much pride, we note that United Elevator is the only true, individually owned, full service elevator organization still maintaining corporate offices and complete support facilities within the confines of Center-City Philadelphia.

• 2. Regarding the performance of elevator preventive maintenance, repair and availability for emergency callback service, we presently maintain a complete staff to service our many accounts. Our service organization is available on a 24-hour a day, 7-day a week basis and most assuredly will provide expeditious emergency service when required. Our main office is located at 2108 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA., and consists of over forty-five (45) servicemen and three (3) full-time Service Superintendents.
